The Senators bailed out Craig Anderson in beating the Flyers, rallying in the third period to overcome a 4-2 deficit. The game drifted from intense to sleepy (particularly in the second period), but as has been the norm this season the Sens created excitement at the finish. Here is the box score. Filip Kuba – scores the game winner and is (again) a monster defensively
Erik Karlsson – tied the game and picked up another assist
Players who struggled:
Craig Anderson – let in three bad goals (the first two being particularly awful)
Matt Carkner – took two dumb penalties and is lucky the team didn’t pay for them
Jason Spezza – lead the team in turnovers and made them in dangerous areas
